EmTek Center of Entrepreneurship (CoE) at Bhubaneswar and Rourkela is established by the Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) in collaboration with E&IT Department, Govt of Odisha and Ministry of Electronics & IT (MeitY), Govt. of India to promote innovation and entrepreneurship in Industry 4.0 which encompasses emerging technologies like AI & ML, Data Analytics and, Cybersecurity.
